Do I have to choose an exam?
No. Choose “Learn without an exam” during onboarding and study any topic. You can select or change an exam later in Settings.
Does Cognito guarantee that generated cards match an official syllabus?
No AI system can guarantee perfect accuracy or official alignment. Cognito uses exam context to shape practice, but you should review generated content against your current syllabus and authoritative sources.
Can I use Cognito for medical exams?
Yes, Cognito supports several medical exam formats and medical study content. It is an educational tool—not a clinical decision system or a substitute for professional medical judgment. Do not enter patient-identifiable information.
Can I use Cognito across devices?
Yes. Optional iCloud sync keeps your study library available across supported Apple devices signed in to the same iCloud account.
